Where can I get DOT form HS-7 and EPA form 3520-1 needed to import a car or vehicle?
The form 3520-1 can be obtained from the EPA web site and the form HS-7 can be downloaded from DOT's web site or by calling the Auto Safety Hotline at 1-800-424-9393.
